I want so set this up to somehow reward people for making an effort to make their surrounding areas more beautiful and enjoyable places by actively cleaning up and make a visible effort to support and establish that doing so is a noble deed that benefits all of us. Hopefully this will gradually raise awareness that it reflects badly on mankind if we keep turning populated areas and even the wildernis in random dumps simply for the lack of pride in who we are and lack of ambition as to what what we could be.
